About Yoga in English

The ancient system of Hatha Yoga utilizes pranayama (breathing techniques) and physical exercises which exercise every system of our body, every aspect and atom of our being. This process opens up our energy centers, leading to an integration of mind, body and soul, and an invigorating sense of well being and radiance.

Classes are for beginners to advanced. Private and group classes are available. Each class is designed for the individual students. All are welcome.

Charla Cooper is a certified yoga instructor who has been teaching yoga for over 15 years in San Francisco, Florida, Spain and Morocco. She has studied Kundalini, Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga.
